Born in Tokyo and educated in Sydney, Momoko Hatano is an artisan who lives and breathes creativity. In 2006 she graduated from the College of Fine Arts (with Honours) at the University of New South Wales, where she majored in Drawing and Painting.

It is these two forms of artistic expression that lead Momoko to creating her own jewellery works, and she credits her love of creating art with her hands as firing her interest in the craftsmanship of jewellery design.

Only launched in 2009, Momoko's jewellery label is an elegant combination of nature-inspired designs with intricately produced Silver pieces. We are delighted to showcase this talented young designer and see her develop her stunning works in the years to come.
